I tried formatting the files on the internal drive and replacing them with the copies I had created as soon as I received the device. I also tried to perform a factory reset. There seems to be a damaged chip or another software problem, but I don't know what else to do. Does anyone have any ideas on how to solve the problem. Depending on what you are doing, you might be able to use a map from one of the many alternative providers of OSM maps in BaseCamp. These maps are often free.
