VIRB EDIT video export failed

I have a new VIRB360. I upgraded the software with garmin express.

I downloaded the garmin virb edit app to my macbook. I have macOS BigSur on a macbook pro

VIRB Edit 5.4.3

VIRB 360 version 4.20

I changed the firewall and allowed virb edit access

This error comes up if I try to export to a file on my mac or if I try to share to my youtube account. It is only a 3 second video. I set all the resolutions and quality low and same happened.

Export of video failed

unknown error occurred during video exporting

Any suggestions?

I had similar issue - my export failed at 50%, but when I examined the clips I had a "still" photograph (from the Virb) at just about the half-way point. I deleted this and the export ran to completion.

Repair the windows troubleshooting and run the program and you're done
