Incorrect speed from GPX file (Sports Tracker app)

Hello, im using IOS app Sports Tracker for tracking my routines..

when i want use GPX exported file to video (gopro 7 white (no gps)) via VIRB, sped is incorrect.. route is correct, and everything, but speed no.. when i dont move, it show me 8kmh, or 15kmh.. what i do wrong?

speed in APP is OK, showing correct.

Your are not using a Virb camera and no Garmin watch or device to record the data.
But expect Virb edit to work with it?

Or in other words, you blame Virb edit for your data?

Maybe the data and video is just out of sync? A Virb camera would do that automatically for you. Its possible to do that in Edit manually.

i cant suc manually, because in video, when i dont moving, speed is still 5kmh - 10kmh.. when i move fast and have good gps, speed in video is ok, but only when i dont move, speed still 14kmh.. or 7.. never 0. in app is OK, 0kmh when i stop.
i tried other software, but some results
