Any had issues saving a film ride once complete on the desktop app?
I have a Taxc vortex, and use Mac Desktop app. I can't download the films, but can stream them when starting and ride the full the full course. However when I finish, the option to save the ride is greyed out and unavailable, leaving me no option but to discard the ride. I lost everything! Twice. No data at all. Not what you want after 2 hours of graft!
Any ideas please?
