I am a very new user to Virb Edit, I am very proficient with Adobe Premiere Pro(PP) so am used to doing things a certain way.
First of all, I am using:
Smallish GoPro mp4 video clips
6 hour long GPX file from my Garmin Forerunner 405CX.
The work is mountain bike trail rides in the woods.
It is very time consuming to find reference points to sync up the video and gps data from this area I am riding. I realize now that this manual syncing process is much easier when the video and gps start and stop times are closer together. That's water under the bridge for me now.
So, between the bugs and my limited knowledge of the program I am finding myself having to restart my work over, more times than I wish to admit.
In PP you could just do a "Save As" and have a complete copy of the project that you could always fall back to. I don't see it with this program.
