Cannot log in on to Garmin Express

My Garmin Express can find my Edge 810 but when I go to log in the system hangs. If I try to create a new account the system hangs.

I am running Windows 10

Garmin Express is up to date.

I have tried uninstalling and re-installing Garmin Express several times to no avail. I have also tried on different occasions.

Any other ideas? Is the 810 no longer compatible?
