Why does it take so long to load free upgrades.

I’ve verified my download speeds and they are fine. Garmin is the only site I have problems with I started downloading maps 13 hours ago and still have 22 hours remaining. This is my 4th garmin and will be my last I will gladly pay another company for map upgrades if they load faster than this.

Something is wrong your end then, check your ISP isn't throttling your download, My Garmin maps complete in around 30 minutes, that's for the full EU map that is now well over 4GB.

Adding to this I've just downloaded the latest CN EU 2020.30 NTU map released today, completed in slightly over 20 minutes.
