After going through the process of pulling the radio information off & then getting Garmin Express to recognize the flash drive, it only gives me version 7.11 as an available update. The instructions for the radio is a 2-step process. It says I need to update to v5.19 first & then I can install the latest. How can I get that specific update so I can get this to work?
Trying to go straight to 7.11 results in an error in the update flashing process.
