&lt;p&gt;works for creating a virtual and removable drive, and homeport and garmin express can see it.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Once installed open the &amp;#39;Imdisk virtual disk driver -&amp;nbsp; go file mount new disk&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;For image file - navigate to a folder somewhere on your pc that this file will live. it will say the file does not exist and you say yes to create it.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;set a drive letter.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;set a size in megabytes or gigabytes&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;tick virtual disk drive access image file directly and tick removable media. ok&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;A few seconds later you will be prompted to format the new drive. I suggest FAT and give it a name like virutalSD&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Once you have created a virtual drive and formatted. &lt;br /&gt;Hello!  I&amp;#39;m new to HomePort and somewhat computer illiterate!  I managed to copy the charts from my new EchoMap DV54 to an SD Card.  I&amp;#39;m trying to copy the charts into HomePort.  The charts do appear but when I remove the SD Card they disappear. &lt;br /&gt;I just received my updated G2 Vision chip (VUS511L Boston to Norfolk) for 2012.  Its&amp;#39; dated Feb 2012.
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;When the G@ chip is selected as the chart, and the &amp;quot;Fishing Chart&amp;quot; view is selected, all of the spot soundings disappear.  If I change to my old version of the same chip (2010.5), the soundings appear.  It makes no difference as to the Zoom level.
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;Here are screen shots of the exact same area, at the same zoom levels. I am using Homeport to review my sonar recordings from my echomap 50dv device. The problem is that when I review the recording and say I go from 5 to 25 meters of depth on the same recording, then what I see in homeport is the depth at 25 meters and everything in 5 meters is very small to analyse. When the recording reaches 25 meters then I have a clear image. I am attaching two photos to explain that to you. . Ia there a zoom option? Thank you very much.</description></item></channel></rss>
