I have a new ETREX 32X and i cannot mark a waypoint, "Database Error" and Missing Languages; I have performed factory reset, with no change

Can I show tracks from a device with G3 bluechart in Homeport by doing the following:

1. download the relevant GPX files to my Windows PC

2. disconnect the G3 device

3. connect with my old G2 device - Garmin 78s - where I still can see the G2 charts with tracks

4. open the relevant GPX files and show them in Homeport?

I lost all routes, waypoints, etc.---Please help

I had 404 combined waypoints and tracks saved in Homeport. I looked and now I have only 76 in combined total! No idea what happened! Please offer any advice to help me locate them. Thank you.

I have two agar in sat navs. One is a motorcycle Zumo, and is registered. The other is a car nuvi 200w, which I want to register to upload new maps. How do I register the nuvi as well?

Здравствуйте . Поднимаю данный вопрос ,что имеется бюджетный эхолот Garmin Striker 4 Plus , софт на данную модель в данный момент отсутствует ( за некоторым исключением , программа DNR GARMIN которая устарела и не поддерживается разработчиком ) данные сохраняет не корректно с ошибками .Данное устройство не имеет дополнительных интерфейсов (USB, WiFi , CD card) только RS 232 . Мною проведены некоторые иследования для понимания всего процесса .Скорость передачи данных : 115200 boud . В других программах имеющие возможность подключать ( последовательный порт RS232) , протокол обмена данными не поддерживается ( это скорее текстовой формат ASCII в бинарном исполнении ) .

First, since the EchoMap 44cv doesn't have wifi, I can't do anything with my data since they torched HomePort.

Second, why does every software manufacturer seem to believe I want to work on my little phone?

Activity step count not showing in Connect appq

My Garmin connect walking activity does not show the number of steps that were counted on my Veu Sq during the walking activity - just about every other aspect of the walk is transferred from the phone to the Connect app - is there a way to change the settings so the total steps during the activity also display in the activity on the connect app? (Total steps for the day, not just specific to the activity, is displayed in the connect app)

Blue charts import from plotter to PC

I have 8612 plotter charts on SD card in PC Homeport, but can't load them as background. Was able to to copy from SD card to my Library folder, but they don't show on Homeport?

Windows11 migration. Garmin ANT+ dongle does not work!

I have recently updated to Windows11. It appears that the ANT+ dongle is no longer recognized and not operational. The drivers were not migrated from the Windows10 set up!! Do you have any solution? I cannot use platforms that do not support Bluetooth, like BigRingVR. Thanks in advance

Lake of the Ozarks chart and Garmin 740S

I purchased a used Tritoon here at Lake of the Ozakrs. The unit seems to work great but there is no data for the lake, only a yellow background.

Can I purchase and install the Lake of the Ozarks for this unit?

VERY EASY to get lost on this lake at night....

When is Garmin going to update HomePort so that we can view BlueChart g3 charts on our computers?

I use a computer because it is impossible to see the charts well enough on a phone to plan routes, trips and organize waypoints, ActiveCaptain is definitely NOT the answer.

Come on Garmin, I just paid 2 grand for this chartplotter and now I can no longer do what I could with my 16 year old GPSMap 2010c and MapSource. Please update HomePort so we can view BlueChart g3 charts on our computers

My first time trying to work with homeport. I'm getting this error when importing the userdata.gpx file. I've read there could be a problem with the xml and to have it checked with a validator. The validator says there is no error so now I don't know what to try next. Any ideas?

Garmin Marine chartplotters have a generic fault seen on Homeport.

I've just read that Garmin Marine chartplotters have generic fault. It can be seen when using Homeport, where leg times & speeds are wrong. Garmin knew of the issue over a year ago but have failed to fix. When will problem be resolved?

Is there a way to adjust distance accuracy?

I would like to be able to increase the number of decimal places displayed when measuring the distance between two points. Is that possible within Homeport?

Importing Userdata (waypoints, tracks, etc..) to 7212

Since Garmin has essentially made Mac users switch from Homeport to Basecamp, I have not been able to successfully import my user data (when I export from computer to SD Card, my unit fails to recognize the file saved on SD card). After hours of back and forth with Garmin support with no luck, I borrowed my parents PC and was able to successfully download Homeport and export my .adm file to my SD Card. I just tried to insert my SD card and merge the file to my 7212, and when I did so, I now have a message that reads "no waypoints found, no tracks found, transfer complete". Please help.
